In a blender, combine: —3 cups kale —1 grapefruit, skin and carpels removed —1 teaspoon bee pollen —1 tablespoon chia seeds —1/3 banana —2 tablespoons oatmeal —1/2 cup low-fat milk —2 tablespoons protein powder (I use Raw Protein, since it has probiotics and is tasteless!) —1 tablespoon green powder (I used ORAC-Energy Greens) —cinnamon
